ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to initiate appropriate actions on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.6.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner admitted that the petitioner obtained a loan amount of Rs.50,00,000/- from the Indian Bank, Melur Branch, by depositing the title deeds of his property. Due to nonrepayment of the said amount, the bank authorities took action under SARFAESI Act and the said property has been sold in auction for a lesser value than the original value of the property. Further, he stated that by selling the property for a lesser value, the bank officers committed a fraud. Hence the petitioner lodged a complaint against the bank officers. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this regard, enquiry is pending.

4.In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner may take appropriate action, if the said property was sold for a lesser value. I find no merit in this petition. Hence this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
