Prayer in CRL OP(MD).No.12216 of 2019:- This Criminal Original Petition filed Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st respondent to monitor or supervise the investigation, being conducted by the 2nd respondent with regard to the case in Cr.NO.296 of 2017 dated 07.06.2017 U/s 380 IPC., on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2018. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor, Advocate for the Petitioner and none appearing for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12216 of 2019 on 03.09.2019.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner police taking all sincere efforts to trace out the whereabouts of the accused and hence, the petitioner police is unable to file the final report within time stipulated by this Court, order dated 03.09.2019 and therefore, would pray for extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further three months time is granted to file the final report, as directed by this Court on 03.09.2019, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
