For Respondent : Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.322/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) of IPC read with Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act - 2002 in Cr.No.322 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioner and other three accused persons went to the defacto complainant's house and scolded him in filthy language, attacked him with hands and criminally intimidated him. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He has been falsely implicated in this case and pray the petitioner to be released on anticipatory bail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that there are four accused in this case. A counter case has also been registered against the defacto complainant. He further submitted that a previous case is also pending against the petitioner/A2 and pray the petition to be dismissed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
