This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.23617 of 2025 by order dated 30.03.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.23617 of 2025 on 30.03.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Cases, Madurai, once in a month ie., on 1st Working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
