Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14614 of 2018, dated 04.09.2018, has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed before this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.106 of 2023. It was further submitted that the case is posted to 02.11.2023, for furnishing copies.
