PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land situated in S.Nos.89/12D3 and 89/12A in Sempattai Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, comprised in Patta No.251 and to provide adequate police protection for fencing his lands in the light of the judgment made in S.A(MD).No.1241 of 2015 on the file of this Court dated 02.12.2016 confirming the judgment and decree dated 22.03.2005 made in A.S.No.25 of 2003 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai, confirming the judgment and decree dated 12.03.2003, made in O.S.No.106 of 1999 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai by considering the petitioner representation dated 19.06.2023.

The petitioner claims that he has submitted a representation on 19.06.2023 before the third respondent for surveying his lands and demarcating the boundaries in Survey Nos.89/12D3 and 89/12A situated at Sempattai Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, and however, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

2. Mr.G.V.Vairom Santhosh, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner is under process and the same would be considered within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
