This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.20476 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1376 of 2025, dated 30.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
