*********** The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a Writ in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to permit him to continue as Junior Assistant in the third respondent Taluk Office.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authorities concerned for consideration of the petitioner's candidature in the vacancy that arises in future.
