Respondent/Respondent/Complainant Prayer : This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397(1) and 401(1) of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the judgment and conviction made in C.A.No.1 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Theni confirming the judgment and conviction dated 28.11.2019 passed in S.T.C.No.45 of 2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Theni and to set aside the conviction and sentence and set the petitioner at liberty.

Both the parties and their counsel are present before this Court through video conference.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel on either side, both parties have settled the dispute between themselves amicably. In support of same, a compromise memo dated 22.12.2020 signed by both parties as well as their respective counsels has been produced before this Court. 3.In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo dated 22.12.2020 and the terms of compromise shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
