Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VASANTHAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.Even though the matter has been listed today under the caption "for dismissal", the learned counsel for the petitioner is present and seeks time to produce sureties. He would submit that due to inconvenience, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.10581 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.06.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10581 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
