Pleased to call for the entire records and set aside the Judgment in C.A.No.28 of 2014 dated 01.04.2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai District confirming the Judgment passed in C.C.No.35 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai District dated 12.06.2014 in Crime No.180 of 2008 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHILIPAN PANDIAN R.L., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5963 of 2022 in Crl.RC.(MD)No.465 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court till now. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10335 of 2022 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5963 of 2022 in Crl.RC.(MD)No.465 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
