ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the complainant in Cr.M.P.No. 5017 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Sivagangai, seeking a direction to the respondent to comply the order, dated 10.11.2025, wherein, direction was issued to the respondent for registration of FIR.

2. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the order of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.12 of 2026 on 25.06.2026 on the file of the second respondent.
