O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy to complete the trial and dispose of the case in CC No.529 of 2019, within a reasonable time. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.15 of 2010 was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465 and 468 IPC. According to the petitioner, since there was no further progress in the investigation, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court by way of filing Crl.O.P(MD) No.15194 fo 2017 and based on the order of this Court, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy in CC.No.529 of 2019.

According to the petitioner, the Trial Court has originally posted the case for trial on 03.04.2020 and till date the petitioner has not received any summons to examine himself as a prosecution witness. Hence, the learned counsel would pray for early disposal of the above case. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that totally there are 24 witnesses in this case and the next date of hearing is 24.02.2021 and would pray six months time to dispose of the case. 4.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.15222 of 2020 learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in CC.No.529 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
