ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.24 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram District within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.
2. It is seen from the records that earlier the defacto complainant has filed the petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7261 of 2018, seeking direction to the investigating officer to file charge sheet in Crime No.24 of 2013 within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court and this Court vide order, dated 28.04.2018, directed the second respondent to file charge sheet within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.
3. It is also not in dispute that the very same defacto complainant has also filed petitions before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.7437, 7439 and 7487 of 2018 seeking direction to the investigating officer to file 2/5
charge sheet in Crime Nos.26, 27 and 28 of 2013 within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court and this Court vide common order, dated 11.06.2018, directed the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the present petitioner has filed a similar petition seeking direction to investigate all other three cases in Crime Nos.26, 27 and 28 of 2013 and the learned Judge of this Court has passed an order, directing the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.
5. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in respect of the Crime No.24 of 2013 and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
