ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the respondents 3 to 5 and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to recover the petitioner's document and cheques, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.06.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the complaint, dated 20.06.2022.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's complaint.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to consider the complaint, dated 20.06.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
