ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay enhanced subsistence allowance at 75% with effect from 25.01.2014 within a specified period that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 21.01.2016 before the respondents seeking for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representation is still pending.

4.Learned Government Advocate has not raised any serious objection for granting the above relief claimed by the petitioner. 5.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
