Mr.L.Prabakaran, representing counsel for Mr.K.Balasubramani, the counsel on record for the petitioners submits that STC No.634 of 2020 which is sought to be quashed in this petition has been re-numbered as C.C.No.44 of 2021 and the said C.C.No.44 of 2021 ended in acquittal after full trial.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent does not dispute the above fact.

3. In view of the above stated position, it is clear that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and this petition prayer is infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
