petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7699 of 2024, dated 26.06.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Bodi Taluk Police Station every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions in the said order, dated 26.06.2024, shall remain unaltered.
