ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The appellant was visited with penalty of removal from service vide order dated 10.03.2025. Aggrieved by the same, the appellant has filed an appeal before the first respondent herein. Seeking speedy disposal of the appeal, the appellant filed W.P.(MD)No.15434 of 2025. The learned single Judge vide order dated 06.06.2025 directed the first respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of four months.

2. The appellant feels that this time limit issued to the appellate authority is too long and she wants the said period to be curtailed.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the appellate authority will pass final order on or before 08.09.2025. 2/4

4. Recording the said submission, this writ appeal is disposed of. No costs.
