This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to allow the petitioner, who is a student of B.A(Economics), to continue his course in the second respondent College for the academic year 2014-2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent College submitted that after deliberations, the petitioner was

permitted to take up his examination as well as continue his course and the said decision is subject to any condition that may be imposed by the College to keep up discipline and maintenance.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
