ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to make arrangement to give a part of the retirement benefits and other monetary benefits of the third respondent to the petitioner based on his representation dated 19.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 19.02.2016 before the respondents 1 and 2 seeking for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representation is still pending.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
