O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry in File Nos.A2-9632-2009 and A22871-2013 arising out patta proceedings.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not been passed final order so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the second respondent to complete the proceedings and pass final orders after giving due opportunity https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner as it is only for the second respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
