COMMON ORDER Taking into account the narrow prayer made by the petitioners in the writ petitions to dispose of their representations dated 27.01.2016, 06.01.2016, 08.01.2016 and 06.01.2016 respectively which relate to granting 4th and 5th Review Benefits and Pay Revision and Pension Revision, in the light of the GO.Ms.No.61 Transport (C) Department dated 30.04.2015 and in terms of Settlement dated 22.01.2011 entered into under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, the writ petitions are disposed of directing the second and third respondents to pass orders on the representations of the petitioners dated 27.01.2016, 06.01.2016, 08.01.2016 and 06.01.2016 in the light of the GO.Ms.No.61 Transport (C) Department dated 30.04.2015 and in terms of Settlement dated 22.01.2011 entered into Under Sec 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
