ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey his property situated in Survey No.164/2B and 164/3 in Kuppalnatham village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District, by considering his representation dated 26.06.2025.

2. According to the petitioner he purchased the subject property under sale deed dated 08.09.2008 and the patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner in patta Nos.1614 and 1624. He submitted an application for survey of the property on 20.05.2025 and the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a written representation on 24.06.2025, seeking survey of the property, in

respect of the same. The petitioner's request has not been considered. Therefore, he has come before this Court.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2025 and take a decision with regard to the survey of the property, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
