ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is yet to present the document. It appears that there was some discrepancy regarding survey number. 2.The petitioner is permitted to present the document. As and when, the same is presented, the respondent will either accept the document for registration or if there are any issue, refusal check slip shall be issued. The respondent cannot keep the document pending.
