ORDER
The Petition has been filed to set-aside the order, dated 08.12.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No.6024 of 2017 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam. 2.It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. and the same was ''dismissed for default'' on 08.12.2017. Thereafter, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police for the very same cause of action. The respondent police has issued C.S.R.No.180 of 2020 and after conducting detail enquiry in the presence of the counter party, the same was on 25.08.2020. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
3.Hence, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed. 24.03.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No vsd 2/4
