ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.166 of 2019 registered on the file of the respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 324, 302 and 201 of IPC.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner drew my attention to the order dated 07.08.2019 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11113 of 2019 and the bail was granted to A5-Muniyasamy. He pointedly readout paragraph No.5 of the said order.

3.I am of the view that the reasons set out in the said bail order would be good enough for granting regular bail to the petitioner and that, they are not grounds for granting anticipatory bail. It is true that the petitioner's name has not been found in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.11816 of 2019 the FIR, nevertheless, the involvement of the petitioner has come to light from the confession of the co-accused karthick-A4. Since this is a case of murder, the petitioner will have to necessarily move the Court below for regular bail.

4.With these observations, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
