ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner to transfer the petitioner from Bodi to Theni on priority basis in view of the mental retardation of the petitioner's son and as per the orders of the 1st respondent dated 30.9.2013.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.R.Anand Raj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 02.11.2015 before the respondents seeking for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representation is still pending.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.11.2015 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
