Today, the matter is listed in the additional list under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order copy dated 16.06.2026, the name of the Court has been wrongly mentioned as "learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai" instead of "learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai". Therefore, the said typographical error has to be corrected.

3. This Court perused the records and it is seen that the name of the Court has been mentioned as "learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai". vsg 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police has no objection.

5. Therefore, Registry is directed to carry out the correct the name of the Court as "learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai" in the order dated 16.06.2026 in Crl.OP(MD).No.11294 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy. All the other observations made in the order copy dated 16.06.2026 remains intact.
