ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order of delivery passed by the Sub Court, Periyakulam in E.P.No.53 of 2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that pending the appeal, filed by the petitioners, before the Additional District Court, Periyakulam, in A.S.No.28 of 2022, the Executing Court proceeded further in E.P.No.53 of 2021 and also passed the order of delivery against the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners confines his relief for early disposal of the appeal, which is pending on the file of the Additional District Court, Periyakulam in A.S.No.28 of 2022.

4. In view of the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs the learned Additional District Judge, Periyakulam to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.28 of 2022, 2/4

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
