ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A3 and A2, who were arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 02.07.2024 for the offence under Sections 332(c), 296(b), 131, 118(1), 351

(3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.371 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 02.07.2024, the petitioners and other accused made a quarrel with the defacto complainant, who is a practicing Advocate. While he was attending the work at his office, the accused persons were tried to attack him with knife. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners are having one previous case. He would further submit that the offence committed by the petitioners is serious in nature. Hence, he has strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioners. 2/4

5. The learned counsel for the intervenor has also strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
