This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondent to release 22 pieces of goods measuring of 104.216 cbm lg Kwila logs lying in warehouse Tuticorin Port.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
