This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the review petition as against the order made in C.M.A. (MD).No.922 of 2019, dated 21.03.2025.

2. Since this is a matrimonial dispute and hotly contested, if at all there was any palpable omission in considering the plea that warrants review, the review application should have been filed in time.

3. In the present case, this Court does not find any such omission and furthermore, the application to condone the delay does not contain any reasonable justification. Being a matrimonial dispute, this Court is of the view that every day's delay matters to the parties concerned. The condonation of delay should not prejudice the rights of the respondent.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.(MD).No.14296 of 2025 stands dismissed and Rev.Aplc.(MD).SR.No.53585 of 2025 is also dismissed. (Dr.G.J.,J) & (R.P.,J) 15.10.2025 Index : Yes/No.
