ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.02.2016 and appoint her as Noon Meal Organizer in the Government Higher Secondary School, Senthurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, she has sent a representation dated 20.02.2016 to the respondents seeking appointment as Noon Meal Organizer in the Government Higher Secondary School, Senthurai and the same is still pending. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner, dated 17.02.2012, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
