ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that the petition mentioned electric pole is in a damaged condition. The respondents are obliged to replace the same.

3. The learned Standing Counsel clarifies that on the existing place, a new pole would be erected and installed. This shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
