Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order, dated 04.01.2016, on the file of the respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction directing the respondents to release the petitioner's Mini Bus bearing Registration No.TN-74 Y-3054 within the time period stipulated by this Court. This writ petition seeks quash of an order, dated 04.01.2016, passed by the Motor Vehicle Inspector. 2.In the course of earlier hearings Mrs.J.Padmavathy Devi, learned Special Government Pleader, was directed to produce the records, since her specific contention was that a show cause https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice had been passed prior to passing of the impugned order. Upon production of records, it is noticed that a final order of suspension of permit appears to have been passed by the Regional Transport Authority in proceedings No.00594/A3/16 dated 16.06.2016. Moreover, order dated 16.06.2016 is itself valid only for a period of 30 days.

3.In the light of the above order, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
