ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned Eviction Notice issued by the third respondent dated 23.09.2021 and consequently forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioner's Aavin Milk Bunk Shop situated at Jailpettai, Palakarai, Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel, appearing for the first respondent would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous. 2/4

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
