ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.371 of 2021 from the Family Court, Madurai to the 1/4

Family Court, Thoothukudi and to try along with the case in H.M.O.P.No.159 of 2021 on the file of Family Court, Thoothukudi.

2. The petitioner has taken steps pursuant to the order, dated 06.07.2022 by effecting service on the learned counsel, who appears for the respondent before the trial Court. The petitioner has also filed copy of the notice, dated 28.07.2022 along with the acknowledgement card received. Despite the same, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3. Considering the above, this petition stands allowed. H.M.O.P.No.371 of 2021 is directed to be transferred from Family Court, Madurai to Family Court, Thoothukudi to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No. 159 of 2021. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
