This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to respondent No.3 Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.139 of 2023 on the file of respondent No.3.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner / defacto complainant that on a complaint given by the petitioner, the Police have registered a case in Crime No.139 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 294 (b) of I.P.C and Section 3 (1)(s) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and it is submitted that except registration of FIR., the Police have not investigated further on any aspect including the arrest of the petitioner.
3. It is submitted by learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner has filed a false case and after completion of the investigation, Police have closed the case as "Mistake of Fact" . It is submitted within shortly, the Police would file final report before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that once he receives notice, he would file protest petition and contest the investigation of the Police. The same is recorded.

5. Since the investigation is stated to have been completed, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
