2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation has been completed. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2829 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in three months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
