This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioner from his dwelling house and the land comprised in Survey Nos. 87/1A, 88/1A1 and 88/1A2, situated at Periyakarattupatti, Reddiyapatti Panchayat, Page No. 2 of 5

Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District, otherwise than by due process of law and without fixing fair compensation within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second, fourth and fifth respondents would submit that the compensation amount has already been deposited before the District Court on 17.11.2023. A copy of the demand draft has been produced to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
