ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in connection with Crime No.713 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the FIR in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram in C.C.No.111 of 2023.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
