2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the main H.M.O.P.No.36 of 2014 itself has been dismissed as withdrawn and nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
