ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by All India Private Schools Legal Protection Society for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to direct the 3rd respondent to give upgradation to the existing Matriculation Schools on the basis of G.O.(Ms)No.175, School Education Department, dated 20.07.2017, by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 18.09.2020.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that whichever existing Matriculation Schools is applying for upgradation by submitting the necessary application along with all the relevant documents, the same is considered and upgradation is granted on the basis of the Government Order.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
