O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by 1st respondent in Protest Petition No.7/2016, dated 21.01.2016 and quash the same and further forbearing the respondents from creating encumbrances over the land in Survey No.52/1B2 admeasuring 1 Acre 15 cents out of 5 Acre 71 Cents situated at Melappalayam Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District under the name and style of 'Sharon Nagar' or in any other manner.

2.A perusal of the impugned order shows that the authority concerned has given liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court and hence, the petitioner has every right to approach the Civil Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined interfere with the order of the authority concerned.
