ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 04.12.2024, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner herein, her husband purchased 8,800 sq.ft of land in old Town Survey No.3288 and now Town Survey No.188. However, the patta for the property was issued for a lesser extent. Therefore, to rectify the revenue records, the petitioner submitted an appeal before the respondent on 04.12.2024. The same has not been considered. Hence, he has come up with this writ petition.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent would submit that the appeal submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion, the respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the

petitioner dated 04.12.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties, especially the persons named in the appeal filed by the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
