ORDER

Alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No. 20852 of 2021, dated 03.02.2022, the petitioner has moved the instant contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the second respondent has passed a proceedings dated 06.09.2022, rejecting the petitioner's claim. Therefore, the order of this Court has been complied with. 3.In view of the aforesaid representation, this contempt petition stands closed.
