In C.M.P.(MD)Nos.12748 to 12750 of 2023, despite by order dated 26.10.2024, notice was ordered to the proposed respondents returnable by 12.10.2024, no steps has been taken. At request of the learned Government Advocate, the case was adjourned to various dates, ie., on 12.10.2023, 09.11.2023, 07.12.2023, 15.02.2024, 13.03.2024, 22.04.2024, 04.06.2024, 19.06.2024, 12.07.2024, 19.07.2024 and 08.08.2024. 2.There is no semblance of materials to show that the petitioner has taken steps to prosecute the same.
