ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 17.03.2023 and requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif , Thuraiyur vide letter in D.No.210, dated 29.04.2023, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.385 of 2003. 2.The learned District Munsif, Thuraiyur, sent a letter dated 29.04.2023, requesting extension of further time to dispose of O.S.No.385 of 2003, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.03.2023.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in O.S.No.385 of 2003 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
