This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.7436 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.394 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.This petition is modified accordingly.
